There is no special installation guide for installing EBS 12.2 APPS Tier on Exalogic. (We say apps Tier, because it is recommended to have only the EBS Apps Tier in Exalogic)
By the way; the best practices is having an Exastack (Exalogic+Exadata) ( placing the Apps Tier in Exalogic, while placing the database tier in Exadata is recommended)
That 's why; we recommend following the Oracle EBS rapid install guide and Linux Specific Installation Guide..
Rapid Install Guide:

Linux Specific Installation Guide:

But if you prefer installing EBS 12.2.4 in to the Virtual Machines residing in Exalogic, then the following document need to be followed instead;

Oracle VM Templates for Oracle E-Business Suite for Exalogic Deployment Guide, Release 12.2.4 (Doc ID 1954255.1)
